Export the Run History for the FIM MA since 3/1 for the 'Delta Sync' Run Profile, then group by Error Type.

### Get the Run History for:
### MA: CORP AD
### Run Profile: Delta Sync
### Since: 3/1
### Computer: localhost
Get-MIIS_RunHistory -MaName 'CORP AD' -StartedAfter 3/1 -RunProfile 'Delta Sync' |

### Get the Run History Errors
Get-RunHistoryDetailErrors |

### Group by the Error Type
Group-Object -Property ErrorType

The output shows we have just a few distinct error types, which is a bit of a relief compared to the actual thousands of errors. Instead of facing thousands of errors I probably only have a handful of real sync rule issues to resolve.

Group-Object is a powerful little cmdlet in PowerShell that shows you different pivots on the data (objects and properties). The things you can see with Group-Object often shed light on things that are invisible in the UI.

Here is the output from Group-Object:

Count Name
----- ----
